OnnBoard is user-friendly digital experience for onboarding and candidates for the workforce. Additionally, it allows admin to automate, vett and allocate candidates to the companies that need them.
Design and create moodboards and UX/UI pattern designs with use of the Figma ideation to create conceptual designs and manage the development hand-off process.

Creating low-fidelity design layouts helped us identify the information, structure, and interaction without the distraction of details, colour or fonts.
Creating high-fidelity visual design layouts helped us fine tune the visual aesthetics of what the potential real design could be before it goes to production.
The aim was to create three different levels of access. Employer Portal: admin level rights to the system. Host Portal: for a company access the pool of candidate and add them to their workforce. Worker Portal: so they can monitor and add the required information in the onboading proccess, see where they have been allocated and access payslips roster etc.
Once the mockups were completed, the Ask was to create and interact prototypes for each selection to enable the user to have an idea of how it could potentially function and provide feedback.
